心誠則「玲」過龍年|怎樣做到「⼈老⼼不老」?

長壽應從護⼼開始。良好的⽣活習慣,如⾼質量睡眠、保持精神健康、恆常運動及膽固醇控制都可預防⼼臟病,做到⼼不老就⼈不老。今集《⼼誠則玲過⿓年》,⼼臟科專科劉柱柏醫⽣夥拍堪輿學家麥玲玲師傅分別從醫學和⽞學⾓度,為我們拆解⽣活習慣如何導致⼼臟病,以及對付⼼臟病的⽅法。

睡眠非越多越好

劉醫⽣引研究數據指出,⼀般⼈每⽇應睡約六⾄⼋⼩時,每少睡⼀⼩時,患上⼼⾎管疾病的風險則會增加 6%1。「但睡眠時間也並非越長越好!每多睡⼀⼩時更會增加死於⼼⾎管疾病的風險達 12%1。」因此,睡眠並非追求越多越好,須重質亦重量。麥師傅則指出,睡床的風⽔與睡眠質素⾄為相關,形容「風⽔是⼈和環境的融合」。「如床的正上⽅掛有吊燈或床頭正對洗⼿間,則會影響氣流,繼⽽影響睡眠質素,⾃然諸多病痛。」

精神健康保⼼康

劉醫⽣亦強調,愉快的⼼情和開朗的⽣活對保持⼼臟年輕⾄為重要 2。反之,抑鬱使⼈消極、不做運動、拒絕服藥、影響睡眠、甚⾄養成吸煙等不良習慣。「想要維持精神健康就得積極參與⽣活,發揮所長、學以致⽤,更要懂得處理壓⼒。」

醫學⽞學均認同運動有益⾝⼼

麥師傅說:「五⾏失衡會影響健康,因此建議多出外走走,曬曬太陽,以修補個⼈能量。」這與⻄醫的觀點不謀⽽合。劉醫⽣指出,養成運動習慣是另⼀種有效降低⼼臟病風險的⽅法 3。「每天約 30 分鐘的帶氧運動,配合適量的負重運動,可改善⼼肺健康,增加「好」膽固醇,從⽽保護⼼臟 3,4。」

運動或揭潛在⼼⾎管疾病

劉醫⽣亦指,若平時沒有經常運動,突然增加運動量,有可能誘發潛在的⼼⾎管疾病 5。「由於⾎液中過多的『壞』膽固醇會積聚於⾎管內,使⾎管變得狹窄。當運動令⾎流⼤幅增加,狹窄的⾎管便會受到擠壓和破損,從⽽引起⼼絞痛甚或⼼臟病發 5,6。」劉醫⽣提醒,「壞」膽固醇積聚可以毫無徵兆 6,因此建議年紀⼤、體重⾼、平時有煙酒習慣等⾼風險⼈⼠ 7,定期進⾏⼼臟檢查。

⼼⾎管檢查

⼼臟電腦掃描屬非入侵性檢查,能夠透過造影,清楚顯示出⼼臟⾎管是否有堵塞情況 8。「如果顯示沒有堵塞就皆⼤歡喜,但即使有堵塞亦毋須擔⼼,解決⽅法有很多。」例如俗稱「通波仔」的微創⼿術,可在⼼導管檢查中直接進⾏,通過氣囊和⽀架將堵塞的⾎管撐開 9

控制膽固醇⽔平才能長期制勝

最後,劉醫⽣提醒,完成⼼臟⼿術並非⼀了百了。⼿術後,醫⽣通常會處⽅抗⾎⼩板藥和⾎管收縮素轉化酶抑制劑等治療⼼⾎管的藥物 10,患者亦需維持良好的⽣活習慣和控制好「三⾼」,以防⼼臟病復發 11。「重中之重是要控制『壞』膽固醇⽔平,因為『壞』膽固醇在⾎管中積聚是造成⼼臟病的主要因素 12。」如單靠改善⽣活習慣不能將膽固醇降⾄理想⽔平之下,醫⽣或會考慮處⽅降膽固醇藥物。
