<p class="wp-block-paragraph">今次介紹六款夏天的時令水果營養豐富，清熱消暑，不過，部分時令水果含糖分較高，小心墮入時令水果的糖分陷阱。水果營養豐富人人皆知，而水果所含的糖分也不容忽視，水果的升糖指數（GI,Glycemic index）越高，影響升糖反應越大，對於需要控制體重和血糖的人就更加切身。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">水果的糖分一般分為三種：葡萄糖、果糖及蔗糖。過份攝取糖分最直接的影響就是令血糖升高，繼而促進脂肪形成；長期過份攝取糖分更可能導致身體發炎、誘發濕疹、降低免疫力。</p>
